A sensitively and thoughtfully converted former coach house which offers modern family accommodation, cleverly designed to offer flexible space capable of accommodating from one guest up to a family of six. As well as having its own independent access and reserved parking bay on our private driveway, the coach house offers modern en suite facilities with a large drench rain shower and gorgeous Bramley toiletries. The suite is fully air-conditioned with a Hypnos King size double bed and a quirky “country cabin” bunk zone allowing your little ones ( or big ones!) a chance to chill out on their own bed. If it’s more than four then it’s no problem as there is also a really comfortable Hypnos sofa bed to give more sleep space for your little ones. A travel cot is also available, please advise if this is required at the time of booking. Dogs are also very welcome to holiday with you in the coach house and a dog bed can be provided upon request. As well as having its own safe private secluded garden area exclusively for guests staying in the coach house, the suite also has large bi-fold doors that can be opened up to invite the tranquil sounds of the cottage garden and fish ponds into the room.

A beautiful detached newly built en suite bedroom which offers a contrast to the adjacent coach house and thatched cottage by its contemporary, red cedar design overlooking the cottage garden and fish ponds. This suite is the perfect destination for couples looking for a romantic getaway from it all. The Cedar Suite also has its own independent access and reserved parking bay on our private driveway and is air-conditioned to ensure that guests are kept cool on those hot summer nights. It benefits from luxury en suite facilities with a large drench rain shower and gorgeous Bramley toiletries, a Super King sized Hypnos double bed or twin if required and a really comfortable sofa bed, enabling the suite to accommodate from a single guest through to a family of four. The large bi-fold doors can be opened up to bring the outside cottage garden into the suite whilst allowing guests to either sit in the comfort of their own room overlooking the cottage ponds or venture out onto the large private decked area, exclusive for Cedar Suite guests, overlooking the ponds and cottage garden.

Thatched Eaves Information
Description
Our Garden Suites have been meticulously designed with luxury and relaxation in mind and are situated within our beautiful cottage garden giving our guests complete privacy and yet with all the benefits of a luxury boutique bed and breakfast establishment. They have their own independent access and reserved parking bay on our private driveway as well as their own private garden area in which to unwind and relax in after a busy day exploring this beautiful area. Our air conditioned suites are detached, each with their own luxury en suite facilities with drench showers, freshly laundered towels, Bramley toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. There is the added bonus of an in-room refrigerator with fresh milk and New Forest Spring Water, free WiFi, LED FreeSat television, GHD hairdryers as well as all the little extras you would expect to see in this standard of luxury establishment. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast during their stay here in our beautiful breakfast room that is situated within the main cottage. Our breakfast room is very special to us, it’s a cosy room overlooking the pretty gardens and gives our guests an insight into the history of the cottage. Look down our glass covered well in the corner of the room and up at our ‘coffin hatch’ which forms part of the Heritage listing for the cottage. Situated on the fringe of three counties, Thatched Eaves gives guests easy access to numerous attractions nearby with something to suit everyone’s tastes and interests, from walking, cycling and visiting historic buildings to water skiing and theme parks. We also welcome well behaved dogs so your favourite four legged friends can come along for a relaxing break as well. When it comes to lunch and evening meals, there are a host of lovely restaurants and country pubs situated within minutes of your accommodation that serve great food. We even have a thatched 11th Century thatched pub right next door!
My husband and I both come from property and hotel backgrounds, we love meeting people and doing all we can to help others. Having fallen in love with this idyllic lifestyle we soon realised how wonderful it would be to share it with others. So we set to work to make this happen and are proud to offer our luxury garden suites, created within our beautiful cottage garden, exclusively for our bed and breakfast guests.
