Haworth Old Hall Information
Description
At the Haworth Old hall you step back in history as you walk through the door. The Old Hall is one of the oldest buildings in the village dating back to the year 1580. Much of the Tudor charm and atmosphere has been preserved and we have two beautiful open log fires, seven real ales on tap, a delicious seasonal food menu using local produce and an extensive wine list too. Set amidst stunning countryside and situated at the foot of the moors, the historical village of Haworth, with its cobbled streets and timeless houses, is one of the most popular destinations for visitors young and old to the Pennines. Haworth Old Hall is an idyllic location to relax and drink in the charm of the place. If you wish to stay the night, we have 4 star en suite bed and breakfast accommodation. The world of Wuthering Heights is brought to life in the famous village of Haworth. This picturesque village was once home to the literary greats the Brontës and their home is now the Brontë Parsonage Museum. The Brontë Parsonage Museum is one of many attractions in Haworth. Take a ride on one of the magnificent steam trains on the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, or visit East Riddlesden Hall, a 17th Century merchant's house and National Trust property. Throughout the year there are also lots of events in Haworth and Keighley, including the popular 1940s Weekend and Victorian Christmas events during the run-up to Christmas.
