Welcome to The Bondgate Boutique, a charming Grade II listed building located in a picturesque conservation area. Our cozy and stylish rooms are designed with natural materials like oak and velour, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each of our seven individually designed bedrooms features en-suite facilities, deluxe pinstripe Egyptian cotton sheets, hypoallergenic pillows, and soft throws. Local photography in each room complements the decor, and guests with mobility impairments can choose from our ground floor rooms with ramp access. Our rooms are perfect for a stopover en route to Scotland or exploring the Northumbrian countryside and National Trust sites. Just a short walk away, you'll find Alnwick Castle and the beautiful Alnwick Gardens. The unspoiled North East coast, Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island, Lindisfarne, and Northumberland National Park are also easily accessible. At the Bondgate Boutique, we have ramp access that leads directly from the footpath to our four ground-floor bedrooms. Road from Travelling A1 from the North (1.3 miles)Take the A1 South until you pick up signs for Alnwick, B1340. Take the slip road left and then at the T-junction turn right onto the B1340 entering Alnwick. At the next T junction, turn right and proceed just 50 yards and Tate House is on your left, next to the tall trees opposite The Bondgate Boutique.

Road from Travelling A1 from the South (1.1 miles)Take the A1 North until you pick up signs for Alnwick, A1068. Take the slip road left onto A1068 and continue ahead at the first roundabout and at the second roundabout take the second left and proceed 400 yards passed the hospital and then the war memorial junction. The Bondgate Boutique is on your right next to the Plough Hotel and opposite Tate House.

Road from Our Parking (0.0 miles)Parking is (free) for our customers courtesy of the Plough Hotel just next door (they also serve great food). You may gain access to this car park either by the *'arch' or via the 'lane' next door but one. Free town council parking is also available behind the Alnwick Playhouse just 200 yards away (a timing disc is required).
*Please be advised. The access via this 'arch' is tight but accessible with care!
