Description
The Balmoral Hotel is ideally situated on the sea front between Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach with the Central Pier just yards away. The hotel offers accommodation for coach parties, families, couples and senior citizens. The location of the Balmoral is such that you are only a few minutes away from all the fun filled areas, the town centre for shopping, the tower headland with its comedy carpet and new wedding chapel, the tower with its new dungeon and walk of faith, Sea World and the world famous Madame Tussauds and of course the Pleasure Beach. Transport links are good with the tram stops directly opposite us and bus stops are a few yards away enabling you to travel further afield at ease. Free WiFi is available in most rooms, bar and Lounge. Entertainment is provided with group packages with guest number of 50 or more. Any other time it is subject to numbers and the time of the year. None the less The sun Lounge area coupled with bar offers elevated views of the Irish sea and great sun sets. The resident chef has been with the hotel for 30 year and continues to delight all our guest with the Hot English breakfast and his home cooked 3 course evening meals. Day time Lounge menu provides hotel and cold snacks from Hot Toasties , Sandwiches, Tea Cakes, Scones, Ice cream, Burgers, Teas and Coffees. We have it all. We offer competitively priced packages for 3 day weekends, 4 day mid weeks and 7 day packages on either a BB or HB basis. We are booking Christmas, 4 days 24-28 Dec, and New Year, 3 days 30 Dec to 2 Jan at competitive prices. We also offer Christmas Shopping break weekends, 2 nights throughout November and December. Accessibility
There are steps with a handrail leading up to the hotel which guests must be able to climb. Internally there is a small lift but guests must be capable of using stairs as there are places where there are steps leading to and from the lift. We cannot accomodate mobility scooters or powered wheelchairs but small folding wheelchairs are fine.

Road from M6 (15.0 miles)Take M55 follow signs for Blackpool, go to end of M55. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A5230 Yeadon Way. Continue on Yeadon Way Until you reach Football Stadium and exit 2nd turning on roundabout - Rigby Road. Turn left onto Rigby Road and continue to seafront. Turn right onto promenade at the traffic lights and the hotel is situated a few yards along on your right.
