Bathurst Arms Information

Description

The Bathurst Arms is a building full of both character and characters. Stay in one of our 6 rooms, recently refurbished to a very high standard and enjoy the beautiful Cotswold scenery, excellent local ales and well-made, locally-sourced food. Play boules in the garden or dip your feet in the river during summer, and during the colder months, snuggle up next to our roaring fire for the evening. We have six comfortable guest bedrooms which fall into three categories: Three double rooms with two en-suite bathrooms with a shower over the bath and one with a shower room (room 3) all with Garden Views Two standard double, all with en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. One twin room with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath with Garden Views. We only allow one small dog to stay in the standard double rooms (rooms 2 & 6) We charge a £10.00 surcharge for a pet to stay, which is payable on check-in. Please note although we allow dogs in the bar they are not permitted in our restaurant area.

Directions

  • Road from Cheltenham (10.0 miles)
    The Bathurst Arms can be appproached from either Cheltenham.. Just take the A435 and we are about 10 miles from Cheltenham on the left.
  • Road from Cirencester (4.0 miles)
    The Bathurst Arms can be approached from Cirencester. Just take the A435 from Cirencester and we’re about 4 miles away on the right.
  • Road from M5 Junction 11A (12.0 miles)
    From M5 Jct 11A, follow signs for Cirencester. Climb a steep hill to the Air Balloon roundabout.Take the first exit signed A436. At the next roundabout at Seven Springs turn right down the A435 signed North Cerney 8 miles. The Bathurst Arms is on the left just inside the 40mph sign.
  • Road from M4 Junction 15 (20.0 miles)
    From the M4 at Junction 15, follow signs to Cirencester on A419/A417. Beyond Cirencester turn offs is The Quarry Junction signed to Perrott’s Brook. Take this exit and follow signs to Perrott’s Brook. At the bottom of the hill turn left onto A435. Bathurst Arms is half mile on right in 40 mile per hour zone
  • Train from Kemble Station (8.0 miles)
    Nearest mainline train station is Kemble, then 15 minute taxi ride form there. Local Taxi number is 0333 8000 750.
