Bective Mill B&B Information

Description

Bective Mill offers a unique Irish experience integrating hospitality, fishing, conservation and history all in one location. Not only do we have an abundance of fish in the river but also wildlife in general, from birds to bats to the ever shy otters and foxes to the small but important bees and butterflies. We encourage native wildlife as we feel biodiversity improves the overall health of our spectacular natural setting. Our B&B and campground is located in the heart of the Boyne Valley in Ireland’s historic county Meath. The mill and cottage itself dates back to the 17th century and just across the country lane is Bective Abbey an old monastic abbey and a national historic site. There are many historical attractions located within a short distance The hill of Tara, New Grange and Trim Castle to name a few.
