Villa Bois Dore Information
Description
The fenced property of 1867 m2, has its own unguarded swimming pool (9x4 m-depth from 0.55 to 1.60m), heated on request and secured by an alarm, it is surrounded by a lawn with 8 comfortable sun loungers. For those who prefer shade, there are 3 umbrellas, or better the 40 m2 of covered terrace overlooking the pool, also the place for lunch and dinner (+ 2 teak lounge chairs + 3 exercise machines) . The south / south-west orientation is superb, as is the flowery entrance. A spacious living room of 60 m2 furnished with oriental flavor includes HIFI system, videodisc player, and a large curved high definition flat screen TV, giving direct access to NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, etc ... and the main US and Europeans channels, including Sports by IPTV; a dining room for 8 people + showcases in rosewood. The 3 bedrooms have large closets (shelves / hangers), all with large beds (190x180 cm), two of which can be converted into twin beds (190x90cm) on request. On the ground floor two of the bedrooms communicate respectively with 2 showers / WCs. The guest toilet is located near the lobby downstairs, bringing the total number of toilets to 4. The office corner at the end of the room, near one of the 4 bay windows, behind a small screen is equipped with an Orange box ensuring the fiber optic liaison. The living / dining room leads to a luxurious Provencal kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, large American fridge / freezer and an induction hob (3 positions). Washing machine (8kg), and large laundry drier (10kg), sink in the laundry area. Upstairs: master bedroom, TV wall safe, bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks. Independent children's corner between bedroom and bathroom.
Elsie born in the Philippines was previously a nurse in Toronto; Daniel had a career in banking in Asia; live on the Riviera since 2003. Valbonne is a very nice village with a wide choice of restaurants, galleries, local shops, a typical arches square good for aperitifs at sunset and a market every Friday. Just next to the medieval peaks of Plascassier and Mougins, famous for their gastronomy. 15 minutes by car will take you to Grasse and its perfumes, or to the port and beaches of Antibes, famous for its Vauban fort, its jazz festival and much more - for the children - for its unforgettable Marineland. For golfers, there are 28 golf courses on the Riviera.

Accessibility
No special equipment, however the ground floor of the villa and the covered terrace overlooking the pool is accessible from the Parking without any step. Two small steps of 15 cm each to go down to the pool.

-Take the exit number 44 ANTIBES / JUAN LES PINS
- - Before the toll gate , aim at the left lanes, after the toll gate (1.60 euro) follow the direction SOPHIA-BIOT-ANTIBES-VALLAURIS, then avoid the Sophia left lane and take the right lane marked (on the ground) ANTIBES -JUAN LES PINS / VALLAURIS. Continue under the bridge staying in the right lane, because the sign post of GRASSE Route D35 will be visible at the last moment , follow that road curving right . (You will see first the green sign CANNES , then on its right , smaller, GRASSE Route D35). -- Immediately after the speed camera, stay well on the right part of the road in order to continue on the VALBONNE road No D 103 ( D 35 continues to the left to Mougins and Grasse)
- - At the traffic light and various roundabouts: Bouillides, Daniel Desavie etc... always continue straight in direction of VALBONNE
- -When you reach the roundabout of “Les Fauvettes”,
(you will see on the left the real estate agent Blue Square and just in front of you , the BLEU LAVANDE restaurant as well as the hotel Castel Provence on the hill), take the road on the right no D 3 towards VALBONNE village ;
- - After only 300m, turn RIGHT into the small road at the the corner of the bakery ORNETTI, exactly opposite the ESSO / RENAULT gas station;
- -Ring the bell MOLLE-MARTINEZ at the gate of the Domaine des Pierres Rouges which is at 200m or phone +366 15 52 42 21 .
- -The Villa du Bois Dore is the no 9, the first one on the right when climbing. Use the parking conveniently located next to the garage (the garage itself is not available).
