The California Mission Room is done in the Arts and Crafts period style to honor the whole building which, itself, was built in the California Mission style. The room is warm and cozy with a feel of beauty and simplicity in keeping with the Arts and Crafts movement. Authentic handmade art adorns this room helping us to step back in time to another era. The Medicine Wheel Room honors the first people of this land. Traditional Chief Joseph Pendleton blankets on the beds remind us of that noble and wise leader of the Nez Perce who led his people through Montana in his quest not to fight and to live in peace. The medicine wheel reminds us of the four directions, the North, South, East and West, the four races, the red, white, black, and yellow, and the four cycles of the cycle of life birth, youth, adulthood, and old age/death. The medicine wheel holds great wisdom and its teachings are vast. The Medicine Wheel Room surrounds us with the genuine healing and wisdom of the first people of this land. The Simone Suite is dedicated to one of our more famous ghosts who worked here as a “lady of the night.” The large, spacious suite and bath sport bright, lively colors of greens, reds, yellows and purples on a sand background and is a riot of aliveness and fun. This suite is playful and airy. Simone loves it. The suite faces west with big windows looking over the courtyard to the hills. The Sandhill Crane Room is a rich, warm, elegant room done in the golden earth tones that are so much a part of this valley. The Elkhorn Room looks out over the magnificent Elkhorn Mountains and honors the miners who came to this valley and stayed at the first Boulder Hot Springs Inn and Spa. Bringing their bed rolls and their tired and often dirty bodies, they came here to bathe, heal and enjoy the pleasures of the old saloon which was the first “permanent” structure built on this land. The Elkhorn Room honors that phase of this land and Inn. The Elkhorn Room is decorated in "miners style" with treasures from that era. This room is simple and comfortable with a double bed, a half bath and magnificent views.

The Peace Valley Room looks out over the beautiful Peace Valley, named that by the first people of this land. They felt that all people should be able to come together to partake of the healing waters without hostilities. The Peace Valley Room has windows on two sides and overlooks the valley, the pond and the Little Boulder River with the Elkhorn Mountains towering in the distance. The Peace Valley Room is decorated in quiet greens and blues. It has a double bed and full bath with a tub.

The Hotel May Victorian Room #1 honors the first “real” hotel and inn built here, which the owner named after his daughter “May.” The hotel was opened in 1891 in an elegant Victorian style with a veranda encircling the entire building. When the present owners bought the Boulder Hot Springs Inn and Spa, one could see the remnants of the old clapboard Hotel May where the grey gunnite was crumbling on the sides of the present building. The current inn was literally built around the old Hotel May! Hence, the old Victorian hotel is very much a part of the Inn and Spa. The Hotel May Room #1 can be booked with an adjoining room to form a suite. Both the adjoining rooms are decorated in the classic elegant Victorian style which was rich and tasteful. The Celebration Suite is a “special room” done in a soft peach and cream. It’s very spacious and one of our most light-filled suites with two sides of windows. The Northern Pacific Suite honors the great railroad that connected the Northwest to the rest of this country and brought visitors and dignitaries to the doors of Boulder Hot Springs Inn and Spa. In those glory days for Boulder Hot Springs the rooms were graced with original Tiffany lamps, the walls were covered with stencils and gold leaf and the dining room was resplendent with sterling silver, crystal and bone china. The Diamond S Suite honors the famed old Diamond S Dude Ranch and working ranch for which this old place became very famous. There are many in Montana who still call the Boulder Hot Springs Inn and Spa, “The Old Diamond S.” The Suite is decorated in Dude ranch style honoring the Old West. It is a bright and airy suite with big windows on two sides looking out to the pool and hills and rocks that nestle protectively behind the Inn and Spa. Decorated in warm terra cotta and natural colors, the Diamond S Suite sports a double bed and a trundle-settee and can sleep up to four people. It has a one-half bath and is one of the favorite suites in the Inn.
