Description
Royal William Yard Apartments offer this exclusive two bedroom loft apartment (sleeps 6) which modern, very spacious and has stunning original features as well as views across the water to the Mayflower Marina and Mount Wise. Relax and watch the boats pass right outside the window and immerse yourself in one of the best places to work, rest and play in the South West. The apartment has a lovely spacious lounge and dining area with views over the water and a table that can comfortably seat four people. There are two large sofas and flat screen TV and has modern artwork and furnishings. The sleek white and stainless steel kitchen has been fully equipped and allows you to stock the fridge/freezer and cook your favourite meal as you would be able to in your own home. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, water views and is full of character. There is also a foldaway bed for an extra person if required. On the ground floor there is also a clean modern tiled bathroom, with toilet, basin, bath/shower and a lovely big mirror. Stairs take you up to the first floor bedroom and en-suite. The bedroom is situated in the stunning eaves of the building. The open plan bedroom is spacious and a second fold out bed can be used if required. All linen and towels are provided with this apartment. Free Wifi is also included. A foldaway beds and cot on request. Pre booked parking can be arranged for £10 per day. Perfect self-catering accommodation for business and holiday travellers to Plymouth. As well as the magnificent Grade 1 & 2 listed buildings, the Royal William Yard is also widely known for its eating and drinking experiences with restaurants that include Wildwood, Wagamamas, Las Iguanas, Seco Lounge, Bistrot Pierre, Le Vignoble and Prezzo. There is an on-site marina offering berthing and a regular ferry service as well stand up paddle boarding which launches from Firestone Arches.

Road from Exeter (M5 joining A38) (49.0 miles)
Use this Post Code for your Sat Nav PL1 3GD - once on Durnford Street, follow Royal William Road round to the right, do not go straight on. You will see a large cobbled roundabout and the entrance to the Yard is straight in front of you, you have arrived.
Plymouth is linked to the main motorway network via the A38 (M5). Regular train services from Plymouth to London run from the mainline Plymouth rail station. Exeter International Airport is approximately 50 minutes drive away with flights to major UK cities, Europe and North America. Brittany Ferries provides services to Roscoff in France and Santander in Spain and the Torpoint and Cremyll ferries provide direct links to Cornwall by water. -
Bus from City Centre (Royal Parade) (1.8 miles)
From the City Centre, you can catch the Plymouth Citybus 34 Service which leaves from Royal Parade every 30 mins. This takes you to the main gate of Royal William Yard in under 10 minutes. There are other buses to Stonehouse bridge (5/5A and 21/21A) which is a 10 minute walk to the Yard.

Experience the restaurants, bars and boutique shopping at Royal William Yard, the historic house and acres of stunning Country Park at Mount Edgcumbe in Cornwall and Plymouth’s historic Barbican, a short walk from the city centre. Well behaved dogs are very welcome on board!
