The Cathedral Villas Information

The property is constructed of the same stones used to build the nearby St Davids cathedral. The building's age makes it charming and spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of character. Each lounge area sports "the best views in the parish", with our sunroom having a 180 degree view of St Davids (including the coast, hills and the Cathedral). We currently have 3 suitably large suites, all with an uninterrupted view of the Cathedral and private bathrooms. The suite consists of: the lounge, which is 16m2 and the bedroom, which is 16m2 (as well as the en-suites).

As a family owned business, we pride ourselves on our dedication to giving back to the community that has housed our family for 8 generations - around 220 years. We are relaxed, intuitive hosts that actively enjoy hosting for people from all walks of life and dispositions. Our passion for the local area means we are a wealth of helpful information when guests are looking to experience and understand the essence of St Davids.

A car is recommended when staying at the property
  • Bus from Haverfordwest (17.0 miles)

Locate the A487 turn-off on the "Bridgend square" roundabout (by a Morrisons store).

Continue until the next junction (by a Lidl's). Turn right onto Thomas Parry way.

Continue until the next roundabout. Take the 2nd turning onto St Davids Road.

Continue along this road through Pelcomb Cross, Simpsons Cross, Newgale and Solva.

Once you reach St Davids, you will come across a roundabout.  Take the 2nd turning heading West bound, directly into the city.

(Take care along these roads, during peak tourism season it can become incredibly busy - people tend to walk on them and be a little careless, and there is a one way system in the middle of the city).

Continue along to cross square until you see the Bishop's (A pub), make a right onto Nun Street. Our building is tall and grey, opposite our navy blue coloured restaurant. Our door is on the left.

Continue along to cross square until you see the Bishop's (A pub), make a right onto Nun Street. Take the first left to a carpark named Quickwell hill. The car park is £5 per day.
