This beautiful stone built cottage dates back to 1790 and is in a wonderful position overlooking the Harbour with spectacular sea views to front and rear. The house is refurbished yet retains charming original features including beamed ceilings and open fireplaces. The cottage style lounge, dining room and both a double and a twin room have stunning sea views and the house is very comfortably furnished in keeping with the traditional ambience. A full rear extension offers a fully modern kitchen and breakfast room and a 3rd double bedroom. Both rooms have french doors to the patio and beautiful views over the garden. The extension also includes a stylish walk-in wet room. There is a lovely enclosed organic garden with lawn, garden furniture and barbeque.

The whole of the ground floor accommodation is accessible to ambient disabled people incl. lounge, dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, double bedroom and full Wet-room. A wheelchair however is not able to negotiate room corners.

From the North, M74 , exit junction 16 towards Dumfries, join A75 towards Stranraer
From the South, M6, continue onto M74, exit at junction 22 onto A75 towards Stranraer.
Pass Dumfries on the A75, continue Stranraer direction. At roundabout at Newton Stewart take 1st exit towards Wigtown, (15 mins). At Wigtown follow signs for Whithorn, continue further 5 mins to Isle of Whithorn.
