Cornish Holiday – Meadow Rise Information

Description

Meadow Rise is a comfortable, modern 3 star, two-bedroomed house with gas central heating and parking. An ideal base for touring the area and making the most of the glorious beaches. Watergate Bay is 5 miles, Newquay 7 miles and Padstow 9 miles. Up to 2 well behaved dogs would be welcome to stay. We would ask they be crated at night and not allowed upstairs. The property has a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is comfortable with space to relax and unwind. There is a TV withTalk talk television box to keep the whole family entertained. The conservatory is used as a dining area with table and chairs. The Conservatory leads onto the garden, you will find an additional dining/seating area on the decking and a barbeque, ideal for those long summer evenings. Upstairs, you will find one double and one twin room along with a family bathroom; this includes a WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over it. Available to rent all year round. Towels and linen are included in the price. A Welcome pack and a bottle of wine are provided, with our compliments, ready for your arrival to help you unwind and relax. During your visit, as a thank you for staying with Cornish Holiday, you can use an array of discounts from local Organisations that we have teamed up with in order to make your holiday the best it can be! Accessibility

The property is situated on a slight uphill incline. Parking spaces are in front of the house and there is a small step to get into the house. The ground floor is all one level, there is a small step through into the conservatory and a larger step out into the garden. A bannister handrail is found to one side of the stairs and the stairs go around a bend. No other handrails are fitted throughout the property.

    Take theM4 Heading towards Staines at junction 20 exit on to M5 towards Bristol West, at junction 31 exit onto A30 toward Oakhampton/Bodmin, take the A39 exit toward St Dennis/Newquay/Indian Queens. At Highgate Hill roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A39 go through 1 roundabout, at Trekenning roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue straight onto Station Rd. Continue on Fair St and into Saint Columb Major, Cornwall, UK
