Come take a step back in time and relax in our 170 year old dog-trot cabin. It is an authentic historic structure with added modern conveniences. Whether it's a quiet evening on the porch, a dip in the pool at night under the stars, or coffee with the animals, you are sure to enjoy your stay at our farm as you experience life in a cabin as it might have been in the early 1800's. Our historical cabin can sleep 5 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms, one king suite with additional sleeper sofa, and one queen room with attached guest bath! The cabin features a full kitchen and two bathrooms, master suite has tub/shower combo and guest bath has claw foot tub with hand held shower. As a guest at our farm, feel free to roam around. The entire farm is yours. You may enjoy the pool between 10 AM - 9 PM, mingle with the animals or relax on the porch of your cabin. I live on the property and am available as needed. I have spent hours by the pool with some guests and just greeted others. It is entirely up to the guest how much interaction they want. I am always available on the property. A heavy continental breakfast (Farm fresh egg and cheese strata, a homemade pastry, farm fresh yogurt, and orange juice) is served either in your cabin or at poolside (weather permitting) for $12 per guest. We love your fur babies, and they are more than welcome at Coulter Farmstead. We charge an additional fee of $25 per pet per night.

The focal point of the entire farmstead is the massive, yet elegant, three story red barn standing in the center of the farmstead. While it boasts of traditional spaces on the ground level, the novelty of the building is in what should be the hay loft. There, a rustic, yet elegant two story guest space opens with windowed walls on both the North and South sides of the structure reaching all the way to the peak of the roof. Come enjoy a glass of wine on the deck under the beautiful stars. Our historic barn can sleep 6 comfortably. There are 2 full size beds (remember folks, those big beds didn't exist back then), but ours are comfortable and a king size bed! The sleeping arrangement is one bed in the main area of the barn and one bed in each loft (which is accessed by a ladder). The barn features a full kitchen and quaint bathroom with an old cow trough tub. As a guest at our farm, feel free to roam around. The entire farm is yours. You may enjoy the pool at any time, mingle with the animals or relax on the private deck of your barn loft. I live on the property and am available as needed. I have spent hours by the pool with some guests and just greeted others. It is entirely up to the guest how much interaction they want. I am always available on the property. A heavy continental breakfast (Farm fresh egg and cheese strata, a homemade pastry, farm fresh yogurt, and orange juice) is served either in your cabin, or at poolside (weather permitting) for $12 per guest.
