The Craigside Information

Description

Less than 10 minutes’ walk from Skegness’ pier and beach, The Craigside has a games room. Free on-street parking is available, with a private car park to the rear with limited availability. Full English breakfasts are served in the traditionally furnished dining room. A bay window, large sofa and a TV feature in the guest lounge area. Guests can also relax in the garden. Restaurants and bars are within 100 yards of The Craigside. Skegness Rail Station is just 5 minutes walk away. Beach front shops and arcades can be reached after a 5-minute walk. The sitting room and games room offer a TV with satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi access, a TV and a selection of toiletries are also provided in each newly refurbished room. Mobility scooters can be pre-ordered at this guest accommodation. This is our guests' favourite part of Skegness, according to independent reviews. We speak your language!

Directions

  • Road from Boston (32.0 miles)
    Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylor's Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right into Scarbrough Avenue after rejoining two-way road. The Craigside is on the right side just before St. Matthews Church and roundabout.
  • Road from Lincoln/Louth (37.0 miles)
    Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left into Scarbrough Avenue. The Craigside is on the right side just before St. Matthews Church and roundabout.
  • Train from Skegness rail and coach station (1.0 miles)
    The Craigside is within walking distance (with light luggage). Leave the Railway / Coach Station and proceed north along Roman Bank, crossing Lumley Square and Lumley Road (on the right ride). Scarbrough Avenue is then the third turning on the right. The Craigside is located on the right side shortly before St. Matthews Church.
