Description

We are proud to be Preston's first and only ISAAP accredited serviced apartments, providing our guests with a home away from home experience that is comfortable and safe. Our apartments operate self check-in with CCTV camera at the entrance for your security. We implement ISAAP approved infection control and staff adhere to a strict cleaning protocol; disinfecting of keys, high touch surfaces and provision of hand sanitisers and antibacterial cleaning kits in all our apartments. Our host Julie is a phone call away should you need anything to ensure your stay is absolutely comfortable and a pleasant experience. City Haven has 4 beautifully stylish and comfortable one and two bedroom apartments set in a converted Victorian town house with high ceilings and large windows in Preston's central Fishergate Hill Conservation area. A little gem of a place centrally located yet tucked quietly away from the hustle bustle of the city centre with all it’s amenities, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants only a stone’s throw away. There is free street parking directly outside the property on a first come first served basis if you are travelling by car or if coming by train, Preston Railway Station is just an easy 5 minutes walk on the flat along Fishergate Hill. The university, UCLAN, is 10 minutes by foot. Our modern apartments are bright and airy and have been carefully thought out to make your stay as comfortable and feel as much like home as possible. Kitchens come fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick or more elaborate meal. We provide complimentary tea and coffee in our welcome packs, Cole & Lewis toiletries and there is a washer dryer (including detergent) for your laundry needs. All our beds have luxury pocket sprung mattresses for a really good night’s sleep and our guests also enjoy free high speed WiFi and access to free Netflix to watch movies and catch up programs on our 43inch smart TVs.

You can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. This is your home away from home and we will do our best to make it as comfortable, safe and enjoyable for you.

Directions

  • Train from Preston Train Station (0.3 miles)
    We are a 5 minute walk from the train station.  Come out of the station by the taxi rank and onto Fishergate Hill.  Turn left over the bridge and head down Fishergate Hill away from town for 0.2 miles. Turn left onto West Cliff Street then right onto Cliff Street. We are at no8 towards the end of the cul-de-sac.
