'The Gold Room', is our family room offering a king size bed and single bed, with a further pull-out bed beneath. It can be booked for double/twin occupancy. All our rooms are well presented. Newly refurbished and sensitively designed to echo a bygone age they provide warm, comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Each room has an en-suite shower room and wc facilities. In addition each room has an LCD TV with freeview, wi-fi Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and alarm clock. No expense has been spared in ensuring that our guests enjoy the very best of facilities during their stay with us.

Description
The Duke of Cumberland is located in the picturesque village of Barham. Being almost equidistant between Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone and makes the village an ideal centre from which to explore attractive scenery and over 1000 years of history. It provided the home for one of the four knights who, in 1175, murdered St Thomas a Beckett in Canterbury Cathedral.
