A re-invention of the traditional Inn set in a classic Georgian townhouse overlooking the Quay in Falmouth, offering eclectic yet relaxed and welcoming setting in which to eat drink and sleep. Our support of British farmers and artisan producers is reflected in our constantly evolving seasonal menu, providing uncomplicated, unrushed food from fresh fish and ripe fruits and salads in the summer to slow cooked sharing cuts and homemade pies in the winter. A hand-picked selection of ales, lagers and ciders chosen to complement the seasonal fayre alongside local favourites. A carefully selected wine list offering a good and interesting choice, complemented by a good range of traditional and artisan spirits to satisfy all tastes and budgets. Individually styled bedrooms, blending classic comfort with modern essentials, featuring modern artworks by national and local artists, consistent with the eclectic vibe throughout the Cutty Sark.
