"If opportunity doesn't knock.. then build a door!" From broad backgrounds and extensive years spent within the hospitality industry, Mim and Al set their sights on a country pub of their very own and 2007 welcomed a new venture for them as they bought the Dog and Crook in Braishfield. Alongside their small invaluable loyal team and with the considerable efforts from head chef Paul (Mim's Son)... fast-forward over a decade of hard work, dedication and persistence transforming what was once a small village pub into a stunning countryside restaurant, now look forward to a bright future with the recent opening of a separate 6 suite accommodation complex adjacent to the Pub.
