Description
The common spaces are tastefully decorated and furnished with leather furniture. The spacious kitchen provides stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher), pots and pans, utensils, dishes, a Keurig, and a Mr. Coffee. Once you get your morning coffee, enjoy it while taking in the amazing view from the deck. Spend the afternoon in your own private Gazebo or enjoy the beautiful view from the upper deck. Experience the best view of Lake Logan and relax in the 6-person hot tub, or warm up next to the fire ring. The house is conveniently located and only a short distance from Old Man’s Cave, restaurants, and shopping. The rates are as follows: Off-Peak Season: Minimum 2-day. The nightly base rate is for 2 guests on Weekdays and Weekends. Each additional guest is $25.00 per person, per day. Peak-Season: Minimum 2-day. The weekday rate is figured for the maximum number of guests. If you have fewer guests (weekdays only) call and we will adjust the rate. The Weekend base rate is for 6 guests. Holiday rates: Minimum 3-day. rates are for 6 guests If you split a weekend (Thurs/Fri) or (Sat/Sun) both days will be charged at the weekend rate. 1 DOG UNDER 10 POUNDS is allowed $25.00 per day
Eagle View properties are conveniently located close to most all of the restaurants, activities like ziplining, canoeing, shopping, and the winery. Rent a pontoon boat and cruise the lake fishing or swimming. We are also just a 15-minute drive to all the state parks. We have one of the fastest internet and WIFI speeds in the area with Spectrum TV/internet service. Eagle View Lake House and Eagle View at Waters edge sit side by side right on Lake Logan and the lake is your backyard. Each house sleeps 6 so if you have a group of 12 rent both houses and have well over 100 yards of lakefront. Our properties are all cleaned and maintained by a husband-and-wife team, we make sure they are cleaned like we were going to stay there ourselves. When you stay with us you can rest assured, that we have checked every detail and followed all protocols as it pertains to cleaning and the ever-present Covid. 1 DOG UNDER 10 POUNDS IS ALLOWED $25.00 PER DAY
