Flint Hill Farm AG Information
Description
Guests have the option to stay in one or more of 3 guest bedrooms in our renovated farmhouse from about 1850. The Loom Room offers 4 beds and private porch. The Equine offers one queen bed and option of an adult size cot. The Master bedroom, complete with a porch that runs the entire back of the farmhouse and overlooks the farm, offers a queen size bed with the option of one adult size cot and one child cot. Breakfast made from cheeses, yogurts, fresh milk, pastured eggs and bacon raised here on the farm starts every day off with a smile. We are happy to adjust our offerings to meet the many dietary needs of our guests if we are informed ahead of arrival. Options of horseback riding lessons, cheese making classes, morning Farm experience are just a few of the choices to add a special touch to your visit. The Rails to Trails, 1/2 mile from the house offers biking and jogging for individuals and families.
My name is Kathleen Fields and I am the steward of the farm. I originally came to the farm to teach horseback riding and carriage driving; however, after 9/11 I realized that God had given me this wonderful gift and I needed to share with others the wonders of where eggs came from, sources of our food, humaine care of animals to both visitors through the FarmStay or through the 3000 plus students, teachers and parents who come through the farm through classes, tours, OPEN HOUSE events and visiting the Farm Store
