A good sized 2 bedroom Apartment in a small quiet block with a lounge and separate dining area. Smartly decorated and furnished to a high standard with modern retro/industrial theme. Situated in a central area of Folkestone, the property is only a 5 minute walk to Folkestone Central train station and a 15 minute walk to Folkestone Central train station. 15 min drive to Dover and Ashford train station, 5 minutes to the town and 15 minute walk to the beach. Superb location with parking! Opposite is Radnor Park, a lovely park with a pond/stream and playground. The leas and leas cliff hall are a 10 minute walk away as are restaurants and bars. 15 min drive to Dover and Ashford Situated just outside the town of Folkestone, 'Flat 3' is only a 2 minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the town and a 20 minute walk to the beach and Harbour. A truly Superb location with parking! Opposite the property is Radnor Park, a lovely park with a pond/stream and newly created playground.
