There is a small garden area with seating for you to enjoy some private outside space, with the gated parking, at the back of the house (NB. There is enough room to park 1 large car or 2 small cars comfortably). Parking permits are available from the Bath Council website for any additional cars and limited on-street parking is available outside of the property. Situated on a residential street, from the doorstep you can enjoy exploring all the wonderful sights that Bath has to offer.

A car is not required when staying at the property
  • Road from M4 Junction 18 (9.0 miles)
    Exit the M4 at Junction 18 and take the A46 following signs to Bath. After 4 miles take the left lane to take the A4 slip road to Bath/Warminster/A36. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto London Rd/A4. After approx. 2 miles follow the A36 towards Bristol. When you get to The Holiday Inn Express, turn left at the traffic lights onto Brougham Hayes. Lorne Road is the first street on the right. Take the first left and drive through the car park, you'll arrive at the rear of the property at the end of the lane (the gate is numbered). This is your parking space for your whole stay.
