Situated approximately 4 miles from the hustle and bustle of Dartmouth, and within walking distance of the famous award winning 'Blackpool Sands' beach.Our SELF CATERING STUDIO is ideally placed to explore many of the fabulous local attractions such as: Slapton Sands only 2 miles away, Many historic and nostalgic attractions from the 2nd World War, walk the famous coastal footpath accessible a few strides away from our main gate or for those with a head for heights descend down a steep path to a local cove accessed only by those in the know, ensuring a secluded getaway from the crowds. The self catering Studio is very well suited to couples seeking some privacy. It is fully furnished with a comfortable sitting area, a fully fitted out kitchen and an en-suite shower room. The Studio also boasts a balcony where you can watch the sunrise during breakfast or sit out for early evening drinks.

Road from A38 Exeter (50.0 miles)Take the A38 from Exeter and follow the signs for Plymouth. Turn off at Buckfastleigh on the A384 towards Dartmouth and Totnes. At Totnes turn right for Kingsbridge and Dartmouth on the A381. At Halwell turn left for Dartmouth. After passing the Woodlands Leisure Park and Dartmouth Golf Club, take the next right turn for Strete. Then follow the signs to village centre at junction with A379 (post office opposite) and turn left for Dartmouth. We are situated 200 yards down this road.on the right hand side.Please note we are Frogwell not Frogwell Cottage which is next door

Bus from Totnes (13.0 miles)Bus number 112 from Totnes to Dartmouth at Dartmouth you will need to change onto the number 93 to Strete. Once at Strete bus stop (outside the Post Office), if the post office is on your right hand side we are 100 yards further down.
