We are proud to be Preston's first and only ISAAP accredited serviced apartments, providing our guests with a home away from home experience that is comfortable and safe. Our apartments operate self check-in with CCTV camera at the entrance for your security. We implement ISAAP approved infection control and our staff adhere to a strict cleaning protocol which includes disinfecting of keys, high touch surfaces and provision of hand sanitisers and antibacterial cleaning kits in all our apartments. Our host Julie is a phone call away should you need anything to ensure your stay is absolutely comfortable and a pleasant yet safe experience. Fulwood Heights has 6 beautiful, modern and stylish one bed apartments and studios completely furnished and equipped to provide a home away from home experience as an alternative to hotels. Located in Fulwood north of Preston central, it is perfect for business travellers and those needing to be close to Royal Preston Hospital whether staying on a short or long term basis. Each apartment has been individually designed and carefully thought out with high end modern furnishings for your comfort and beds are either king size or doubles with upholstered frames and luxurious pocket sprung mattresses for that much needed restful sleep. The modern kitchens are fully equipped for you to enjoy a quick or more elaborate meal with a microwave, cooker, oven, fridge and small freezer compartment and all the cooking utensils. There is a washer-dryer for your daily laundry needs with washing detergents provided as well as hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We provide complimentary tea and coffee in our welcome packs as well as Cole & Lewis toiletries. There is free high speed WiFi and free access to Netflix so you can relax and enjoy movies and catch up on programs on our new smart 43 and 50 inch TVs after a busy day.

  • Road from M6 (2.2 miles)

    Quickest route from M6 is from Junction 31A and takes just 5 minutes drive.

    Leave M6 at junction 31A and at the roundabout take the exit onto Longsands Lane/B6242 and continue onto Anderton's Way and then take the 1st exit at the next roundabout onto B6241.  Continue straight onto Watling Street Road/B6242 and Fulwood Heights is at no46 Watling Street Road directly opposite Sharoe Green Garage car dealership.

    Just before you get to Sharoe Green Garage turn right onto Holmfield Road where you can find free and unrestricted parking along the entire road on a first come first served basis.  This is a one way street.  Free parking can also be found on Kennington Street if you turn left off Holmfield Road.  There is no parking at the front of the property.

  • Road from Royal Preston Hospital (1.2 miles)
    5 minutes by car all the way along Sharoe Green Lane will take you to the main entrance and A&E department of Royal Preston Hospital as well as Booths supermarket.  If you are parked along Holmfield Road then continue right to the end and turn left onto Lulworth Road and then right onto Sharoe Green Lane.
  • Bus from Royal Preston Hospital (1.2 miles)

    8 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes on foot.

    Take the no19 bus for Preston City Centre directly outside Booths Supermarket and get off at Sharoe Green Library.  It is 5 stops and a 5 minute ride.  Then continue on foot for another 3 minutes down Sharoe Green Lane and left onto Watling Street Road.
