Gwynfryn Guest House Information

Description

Gwynfryn Guest House is a large, detached home standing in its own grounds complete with ample private parking. It’s an ideal central location to find award winning beaches and a multitude of attractions. Gwynfryn Guest House, Tavernspite, Pembrokeshire is a non-smoking establishment. Great thought has gone into the bedrooms which are all located on the first floor. Decorating to a high standard using Welsh designer “Laura Ashley” contemporary décor and fabrics. All fixtures and furniture are solid oak giving them a modern yet cosy and comfortable style. Each room has a different look and feel with hospitality tray, full length mirrors, slim line flat screen LED HDMI TV's with Freeview and WiFi is available throughout. All en-suites have showers with the exception of the family suite, which also has a bath. Sensor controlled illuminated mirrors, shaver point and quality complimentary toiletries. Hairdryers are supplied in the bedrooms and desk top fans. Check in time is between 16.00 and 18.00 ; Check out is 10:30, but can be altered with prior arrangement. Breakfast is pre-ordered and served between 8.00 am and 9:30 am in the guest dining room. Earlier breakfast available on request. We use the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to ensure guests have the best possible start to the day. A wide choice of cereals, pastries, fruit with natural yoghurt, preserves and honey are also available. We ask that there is no eating in our bedrooms, however should you wish to bring food/drink from one of our local takeaway we will be happy to assist you with menus and have the use of our dining room or garden to enjoy your meal. Accessibility

All guest rooms are at first floor which is lead up to by a sturdy staircase with handrail. There is no lift at present. All internal and external walkways have sensored lighting.

Directions

A car is required when staying at the property
  • Road from A477 (1.1 miles)
    Tavernspite is sign posted off the A477 St Clears to Pembroke Road. Enter the village of Red Roses and take a left turn. After approximately a mile you enter Tavernspite, continue to follow the road until you see it split to 3; continue on the right hand side for approximately 20 metres and on your left, set back off the road, you will find Gwynfryn Guest House. Just before the pub The Alpha Inn.
  • Train from Whitland (3.0 miles)
    The nearest train station is Whitland, however please call prior to arrival as transport links to Tavernspite are limited and therefore we can arrange for you to be picked up.
