Bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and paper towels are provided complimentary. We do not refund early departures. These requests solely depend on availability. Guests displaying disrespectful behavior towards host, other guests and/or neighbors will not be tolerated. Guests displaying this bad behavior will be asked to leave immediately and no form of discount or refund will be issued. Smoking and vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Guests will charged a $250 cleaning fee if this rule is not followed. Pets are strictly prohibited from being in our swimming pools or hot tubs.
