The front of the house is stone, oak and plaster with grass growing on the roof and lavender hanging down. There is a huge oak door and four authentic hobbit house portal windows. The oak door opens into the main living area with an oak vaulted ceiling a large round table and a luxury oak kitchen and bar area. There is a wood buring stove and a large widescreen TV with two large sofas. To the side are two ensuite bedrooms, entered through oak doors and with oak vaulted ceilings and their own TVs and extensive cupboard space.
