Inglenook Guest House Information

Description

We are situated on a quiet road in the heart of Ingleton. From the front of the guest house we  look out towards the mountain of Ingleborough and from the back we overlook the River Greta. Please note that we have two friendly cats and a daft terrier. Inglenook  is just a few minutes walk from the village where you will find a selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Ingleton is a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and offers wonderful nearby attractions such as White Scar Cave, the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail and Malham Cove. If you are coming to the Dales for outdoor pursuits there is great walking, mountain biking, climbing and caving on our doorstep . Inglenook has four guest bedrooms which offer superb views of the Yorkshire Dales countryside. All our rooms are en-suite. All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and wi-fi is available throughout the building. Guest rooms at the front of the house look out to Ingleborough Mountain while the rooms at the back look over the River Greta and Greta Gorge.

Tim and Zena Ashberry warmly welcome you into their new family home at "Inglenook Guest House". After moving in and taking over the business in April 2017, Tim and Zena are getting into the swing of running the Guest House. They are enjoying meeting the many lovely people who stay as their guests and making lots of new friends. Over the winter of 2017 / 2018, Inglenook Guest House has under gone a transformation, with all the Guest rooms having a complete refurbishment with new en-suites throughout and all new furniture and decoration. We would like to run the house as informally as possible and as such hope that you can treat Inglenook as a home from home. If there is anything you would like, please do just ask. If there is anything you don't like, please do just tell us! Tim worked for the National Trust for nearly 30 years as a Countryside Ranger and Property Manager. He has a wealth of knowledge about the countryside, farming and the environment.
