this is our wee cottage. it has a double room upstairs with extra single bed if needed, downstairs there is a bunk bedded room with full sized single bunk beds, a bathroom with shower sink and toilet. a newly fitted kitchen "2015" and a living come dining room. the cottage is rented on a nightly basis but longer stays will be discounted. cottage comes with breakfast included which is take in the main guest house house. Pets are allowed to stay in this room

This is our largest room. it is ensuite. it has a double bed in 1 room and a single bed in the 2nd room. 2 flat screen tv,s with over 150 satellite channels. tea and coffee facilities. the view from this room looks out the back of the house over the roof to trees and the 2nd window looks across the valley to the mountains beyond. the bathroom is located inside the Suite and has a newly fitted modern ensuite shower room. it is only for use by this room. To access the bathroom from the double bedroom you need to pass through the room with the single bed in it. this room is advertised for maximum 3 adults but can accommodate 1 cot for a small child if required there is no option for additional bed in this room Pets are allowed in this room with prior notice from the guest

Description
Inverardran Guest House is located 300 meters east of the village of Crianlarich in central Scotland. We offer bed and breakfast Accommodation using locally sourced produce and home made preserves. We are also offering self catering holidays in our cottage. in the main house we have 3 ensuite rooms (2 double and 1 twin) plus 1 room double/twin with private bathroom. ( bathroom outside bedroom across hallway) Situated in an elevated position with stunning views across the glen to the mountains of Ben Challum (3354 ft) and Ben More (3582 ft) just to the east. Located just inside the north boundary of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National park. This is one of the most beautiful glens in Scotland with fishing, walking hill climbing, touring and golfing all within easy reach. John and Janice Christie want you to feel like a friend not a guest, when you arrive you will receive a warm welcome not only by us but the pets (if they get half a chance) Whether it is for a night stop over on your way or as part of your main holiday we are here to make you visit to Crianlarich and Scotland an enjoyable one.

if you have the app you can enter ///crypt.asking.mango and this will take you right to our front door. works in google maps too. please please dont trust the satnav if it wants you to drive up a dirt road into trees. we are not there.
