Moray Hastings Information

Description

NOTE: for information about what we are doing around covid19 click on 'Covid update' for extra info. We are currently only taking minimum of 2 nights due to the extra procedures and cleaning we need to adhere too, we hope to take one night stays in the future. Why not stay at Moray Hastings? (formally La Villetta) A self-catering apartment for up to 6-7 (incl. travel cot) on England's south coast with sea-views. Situated in a Georgian Grade II listed building and within close proximity to all of Hastings' major attractions. A stylish clean and modern set of interiors to our apartment with elegant features such as original fireplace, crystal chandeliers in both main rooms with lovely french doors opening out onto a balcony with uninterrupted direct sea views. St. Leonard’s-on-sea and Hastings, best known for its link to the 1066 Battle of Hastings, offers many interesting places to see and visit. With three miles of unspoilt beaches, and picturesque sandstone hills just inland, it is the perfect backdrop to a civilisation rich in history and elegance. The Old Town in Hastings (close to the apartment), with its medieval half-timber houses, leads to England's largest beach-based fishing fleet where you can find the high black net shop buildings unique to Hastings. Rates are per day, if you want one night stays there is a single night supplement - just give us a call. We offer a discount, for weekly and monthly stays. We try and be as flexible with our pricing to make it cost effective for all visits from 1- 7 persons,, please select the supplements if required to avoid adjustment & disappointment. We offer a travel cot for hire and also we allow pets staying, please select the supplements. IMPORTANT: We also take a preauthorisation for a damage/security deposit after we receive your booking (no monies taken), in addition to your booking amount, the money is held & cancelled on guests departure as per our T&C.

Having been Trustee on boards for several charities past and current, I also have strong experience in the workings of the charity sector from top to bottom, this combined with over 22 years in the not-for-profit / charity sector I like to work for a positive and good cause, I currently work for a large cancer charity managing a team of data scientists. Having many years in commercial environments also gives me a unique prospective and the ability to see the economic drivers in different markets in the way I apply myself in the roles I take on. In my spare time I run 5 holiday lets with one in Hastings and 4 in Suffolk. I also run two Art Galleries and enjoy gardening, walks on the beaches and travelling as much as I can.
