Luxury Glamping Pods situated on the doorstep of the Durham Dales. Our Pods will give you the ultimate Glamping experience. With natural light flooding into the purpose-built pods, a spacious terrace perfect for your morning coffee or to unwind and stargaze after a day of local attractions. The pine interiors create a warm and cosy feel, with central heating to keep you warm all year round – these Pods are ideal for the cold winter days or the best British sunshine on the Durham Dales. The interior is modern and fresh with a comfy open plan layout, a luxurious double bed and corner sofa bed, as well as plenty of storage. A spacious private bathroom with W/C, washbasin and mirror as well as a walk-in shower. There is a fully equipped, integrated kitchen including plenty of storage and freezer. If you prefer not to cook, we have a fantastic onsite café, providing breakfast, lunch, and cream teas. All items on the menu are homemade, using locally sourced produce where possible.

Situated in the heart of County Durham, our brand new luxurious glamping site is ideally located on the doorstep of the Durham Dales, making it the perfect place to explore the rolling countryside. County Durham is home to castles, UNESCO heritage sights, refined dining destinations & endless forest trails. Our fully furnished pods have been custom built with your comfort in mind. Each pod has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, hot water on demand and super comfy bed, dressed with the highest quality linen. Our pods are fully insulate and have central heating for those frosty winter nights when you can snuggle up amongst the cosy cushions and throws provided. Smart TV's are in the lounge areas and bedrooms, so bring along your streaming account details and relax watching your favourite shows. We provide all bedding, towels, robes, blankets, throws, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups and cooking utensils. You need only bring yourselves for the ultimate glamping experience! Relax, recharge and rejuvenate in our yoga dome. Take a deep breath, stretch your body, return to nature, and to yourself. Whether you prefer morning yoga, Pilates, or an invigorating sound bath, this purpose-built dome is the perfect space - complete with stunning views and all the amenities you need at your fingertips. Step into our Games Dome, the perfect place to bond, compete, and have a good time with the family. Whilst glamping in the picturesque English countryside is idyllic on dry days, the unpredictable English weather can sometimes force us indoors. Country Glamping Co
Here at Country Glamping we are committed to the principles of sustainability. Our site has been designed and built focusing on preservation of the surrounding environment. Our bespoke pods are made by a local timber company that have supplied wood for construction across the UK; from the Highlands and Islands to the southern tip of Cornwall. We pride ourselves in our strong pods being the backbone of our site. We strive to reduce our waste output and have eliminated the use of single-use plastic across all of our sites.

Accessibility
All pods are within a short walk on gravelled paths from the carpark. All of the pods have a decked area to the entrance which has a small step up onto the deck.
