Luxury Burgess Apartments Information


Luxury Burgess Apartments offers high quality 6 bedroom flats in a single property in central Southampton close to Southampton General Hospital and University of Southampton. Each flat features brand new beds from double bed to single beds, sofa bed, kitchenette and shower room that have been refurbished to high quality standards. Each flat can accommodate from 2 to 3 people depending on the requirement and a type of guest requiring accommodation. We can accommodate contractors to each flat up to 12 people as they don't require sharing a divan bed as flats contain sofa beds at a high quality standard. Each flat is furnished with high quality furniture's and the bed linens are made from Satin Hotel style bed linen. Each flat contain Smart TV with FREEVIEW and NETFLIX and are located in the lounge/kitchenette. In the kitchenette we have brand new kettle, toaster, microwave with grill, stove cupboards, crockeries & cutleries, pans, Washing Machine, cleaning products for your use. In the lounge we have a dining table with 2 dining chairs. You can also use the dining table as a study table which is ideal for students. In the shower room we have a toilet, a washing basin and a shower unit. For this property we offer parking for up to 2 to 3 cars depending on the size of the car however, for others we have a public car park and streets to park the cars. You can also try and get a parking permit as we do not offer them. We do not take any responsibility or liability for any damage to your car, parking fines or any other issues arising with your car. We simple provide high quality serviced accommodation.

    Head south-east towards Mitchell Way. Exit the roundabout onto Wide Ln. At Stoneham Interchange, take the 2nd exit onto Stoneham Wy./A335. Continue onto High Rd. Slight right onto Burgess Rd/A35. 41 Burgess Rd.
