The Manse Information
Description
This character property was originally built as a Presbyterian Manse in 1906 in the Arts & Crafts style, retaining many original features such as oak panelling and stained glass windows.The accommodation at The Manse is spacious and light, and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere will ensure an enjoyable stay. The Manse is located in a quiet part of Eastbourne, yet is only 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre. The theatres, seafront and South Downs National park are all nearby. There is unrestricted street parking and there are 2 off street parking spaces. The south facing dining room is large with original oak floors and oak beams with a comfortable seating area with French doors leading to the rear garden. The bedrooms are spacious and have either a king size or a superking bed with TV, armchairs, tea/coffee tray, chiller and free WiFi access.

All bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a wide staircase but we do not have a lift.

Train from Eastbourne station (0.5 miles)Exit the station and cross over Terminus Road. Proceed up Old Orchard Road and turn right into Arlington Road. The Manse is the corner property at the junction with Dittons Road.
