Double room is in a small wing of the house and has an excellent view of the walled garden. The ensuite is large and has a bath with shower in place. In an earlier life it served as a bedroom for a maid. The double room is somewhat smaller than rooms at front of house but is considered very cosy. Comfort of bed is equal to those larger rooms. There are 4 windows in total.
