Mountain Top Lodge Information

Description

Mountain Top Lodge at Dahlonega (B&B) has two cedar lodges and two cabins located on 15 private hilltop acres. This privately owned Dahlonega B&B hotel offers twelve tastefully decorated non-smoking guest rooms, some with fireplaces and private decks. Enjoy the authentic cedar post & beam architecture, eclectic local artisan pieces and mountain retreat decor. Take the time to meander down our half mile long paved drive while enjoying the natural beauty of this property and the neighboring horse farm. We are convenient to historic downtown Dahlonega with its restaurants and boutique shops. The North Georgia Outlets, wineries and local spas are a great way to spend your day. Outdoor enthusiasts can go horseback riding, hike the Appalachian Trail & other close trails, mountain bike at Bull Mountain, canoe or tube the Chattahoochee river or take on other outdoor challenges. Dahlonega has a gold heritage and museum, along with several gold panning venues. Dahlonega is a destination wedding location and we can assist you with planning pre-wedding activities. Our delicious hearty breakfast is served each morning (9AM) on antique Fiestaware. The dining rooms can seat all of our guests, most at intimate couples tables with some group seating available. The typical breakfast has an egg dish/casserole, meat side, fruit complement and a biscuit/muffin offering. Coffee and tea services, along with our signature mint chocolate chip cookies, are available all day in the public galley area. Feel free to ask the staff to assist you in planning your day. We often know what is a "must see" in Dahlonega and the surrounding counties. We gladly accept ADA-compliant service dogs, but cannot accommodate pets. Free WIFI and cable TV. Groups are welcome; we do operate as a boutique hotel and do not rent the lodges as "house rental."
