This scenic Three Tree point neighborhood is located South of Seattle, just a 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle, 8 minutes from Sea Tac airport, and minutes away from Three Tree Point Beach. Relax and enjoy peaceful seclusion located in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, beach walks, and strolls near charming shops and restaurants. 15-20 minutes from Pike Place Market and the Seattle Center, 10 minutes from the sports stadiums, and a great location for day trips to the ocean or Mt. Rainier. Free covered parking, easy access to freeways and a better alternative than downtown traffic congestion and parking fees. (Seattle's Sound Transit Light Rail is 8 minutes away and takes you right into downtown Seattle.) Thank you for considering our cottage as your lodging choice. With only one cottage and both my husband and I the only ones operating it we will make your stay personal and special. And we always give our guests as much privacy as they want. Dave and I opened Olympic View Cottage in 2000. We enjoy meeting all our guests from all over the world. We have had a lot of honeymoons celebrated at Olympic Cottage, several engagement proposals throughout the years and have had the couples come back for their anniversaries. From birthdays to military homecomings and so many other special occasions celebrated in the Cottage. It has been so fun to be able to share Olympic View Cottage with all our guests for all these memorable occasions. We really enjoy sharing our special paradise tucked away on this quiet hillside. My husband has lived here his whole life and we just can't get away. Beginning and ending each day with this breathtaking view and quiet location is truly a blessing that we will never take for granted. Many times I find myself looking at the view and catching myself saying out loud 'WOW- this is just so beautiful!” It is truly amazing. We hope to share it with you

The road will then angle to the left and becomes Maplewild Drive. Follow Maplewild Drive for 1.0 mile, and then turn left onto 29th Place SW. At the top of the hill, turn left on SW 164th Place.
Olympic View Cottage is the first driveway on the right at 2705 SW 164th Place. Drive up the driveway and park in the carport.

From Sea-Tac International Airport – “Rental Car Pick Up”. Driving out of the rental car garage turn left onto South 160th street. Drive 1 block down hill to a stop light. Turn left onto “International Blvd” (Hwy 99). Head North approximately 0.5 miles to south 154th Street, turn left, heading west. Drive approximately 0.5 miles and ver right onto Hwy 518 towards Burien to 1st Ave. The freeway ends here.**
