The Sandrock Information

Description

Built on the edge of Hollerday Hill, on the road to the Valley of Rocks, the Sandrock is an Edwardian building featuring a fully licensed bar and restaurant, free WIFI and private parking. With stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the rooms include a flat screen freeview television, an alarm clock radio and hairdryers, tea & coffee making facilities and toiletries are also provided. In the morning breakfast is served in the restaurant. The menu includes a traditional full English breakfast along with a variety of other options. In the bar guests can enjoy a selection of “Real Ales” (we are in the CAMRA “Good Beer Guide”) and a selection of ciders, wines and spirits. The guests may also enjoy the views from the bar/restaurant terrace or garden. The Sandrock is set within an acre of sloping gardens and it is just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Lynton and the South West coastal path is just a short walk away. The village is home to the famous cliff railway that runs between Lynton and Lynmouth.
