Sea Breeze is newly renovated and furnished ready for its next wave of holiday makers! Each apartment at Seabreeze has been individually created to suit the building and its visitors over 4 floors, it’s location and off-street parking facilities are a rare find! Every apartment has gas central heating, wifi & double-glazed windows for your comfort. Decorated to a high specification to create a quality and comfortable base when you return from the beach or blustery walk – suitable for all year-round visits, and we would encourage you to visit Teignmouth to see all seasons, it’s wonderful - that’s why we live here! We have created each property with a different set up and outlook – but all unique – please let us know what you are looking for to make your holiday special for you and we will help.

Signature Properties

Seabreeze is a beautiful period building, 1 minute from both the main beach and back beach's of Teignmouth. A fine Grade 2 Listed Victorian terrace in a prime location on the seafront with enviable, uninterrupted sea and estuary views. The building has been renovated sympathetically, restoring many of the period features and blending contemporary fixtures within its opulent surroundings. Signature Properties pride themselves in offering spotless, well-equipped apartments for your every need for your stay.
