Entire property for your private Group from to 1 to 20 people. The property consists of 5 detached separate villas plus the master villa. There are 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in total. The main pool is for all guests in your group staying in villas #1 -5 and there is a second more private pool surrounding the master villa. Each booking will be for your private group only. The staff of 14 people consist of our chef, assistant chef, bartender, server, housekeepers, laundress, gardeners, maintenance, and onsite manager. We offer an assortment of daily menus for our guests that include breakfast, lunch, hors d'oeuvres, and dinner. Enjoy and be pampered!

Silent Waters is a premier Caribbean luxury rental villa located in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This award-winning Jamaican holiday home is distinguished by world-class architecture, design and decor, breathtaking location, and exquisite accommodations and service. The private tennis court on the pinnacle of the hilltop commands breathtaking views of the Caribbean, as well as the Great River which is the second largest river in Jamaica. Four PGA class golf courses are within a 30-minute drive. Several beaches are located within a 15-minute drive from the villa. This luxury Jamaican villa rental includes the gracious staff - Property Manager, Office Assistant, Head Chef, Assistant Chef, Butler / Bartender, Housekeepers / Food Servers, Laundress, Maintenance Supervisor, Gardeners and Security Guard… 14 in all. The property is selected, perhaps more than any other private villa in Jamaica, by brides for a destination villa wedding. Additionally, other luxury villas are located within close proximity for hosting other guests within the wedding party. Silent Waters Villa is 4.6 miles west of Montego Bay on the North Coast Road. Located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea, the site consists of 16.5 acres. Twelve buildings, helicopter pad, private tennis court and two swimming pools occupy five acres. Five villa suites (air conditioned - 7 bedrooms plus 2 lower levels each with 1 full sofa bed) accommodate as many as 18 guests. With the addition of the owner’s private villa (air conditioned - 1 bedroom) up to 20 guests may be accommodated.

The Chefs prepare exquisite Continental, Nouveau, Caribbean and Jamaican cuisine and will work with your group for menu selection and special dietary needs. The butler remains at your beck and call, serving you and making certain that you are never lacking in libation. The Housekeepers will make certain that each Guest Suite is comfortable and welcoming. Guest Suites are normally cleaned and prepared twice daily.
