Description
We would like to welcome you to a relaxing stay at St Edmunds, a family run guest house with seven en-suite rooms, and on-site car parking for each room. Situated on the 'South West Coastal Path' so ideally located for walkers, St. Edmunds stands on the corner of Sands Road and Queens Road with a level walk of just 150 metres to the sea front and 350 metres from Paignton town centre. We have Ground floor rooms available and accept children of 12 years and older. Well behaved small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at an extra cost. There is a south facing garden with patio furniture for guests use. Free fast Wi-fi is available throughout the fully centrally heated property. Paignton Harbour is a short walk away for boat trips/ferries and fishing, we are also within easy reach of Torquay, Brixham, Totnes and Dartmouth (via Steam train and ferry across the River Dart) An ideal base to explore Torbay, the English Riviera, and the South Devon coast. Close to restaurants and bars. Whether it`s just a short break away, your anniversary, birthday we will ensure that you have a pleasant stay. Accommodation is available throughout the year. There is a 175mm (7 inch) step into the guest-house with a further two 100mm (4 inch) steps to access the main building. Ground floor rooms are available as is the dining room, the most narrow corridor is 900mm (3 feet) wide, the staircase to the first floor bedroom is 1050mm (3 foot 6 inches) wide. We are making efforts to ensure that we don`t exclude any users. We try to use clear and simple language. We use alternative text for all our images. The HTML we produce conforms to the standard: XHTML 1.0 Transitional. We have tested the colours we use in the design for contrast. We try to publish all our text content as accessible HTML rather than in other formats such as PDF.
