'A taste of elegant country living'. Circa 1880 Spacious rooms, original antiques,and authentic decor are only part of the charm.Three rooms and private cottage. Full country breakfast. Located just miles away from West Point, the historic Dominion House Bed and Breakfast is an ideal place to stay for a vacation, romantic getaway or casual trip with friends. The elegant inn was built in 1880 by local farmer Benjamin Strong and is comprised of spacious rooms, stunning marble mantles and original furnishings. However, the old-fashion building also has all of the modern amenities that one would expect, including cable TV, air conditioning and wireless internet. Our accommodations also feature a swimming pool, a slate top pool table and extensive library to keep you relaxed and entertained during your stay. All of our rooms are non-smoking and your lodging includes a delectable country breakfast. We also have snacks, tea, coffee and cold drinks available 24 hours a day. Our number one priority is to make sure that you have a wonderful experience while staying at the preeminent bed and breakfast in Hudson Valley.
Your hosts, Kathy and Joe opened the Dominion House in 2001. The house has been in Joe's family since 1952. It has been a wonderful experience sharing their beautiful home with so many guests over the years. So many guests and so many new friends. They always tell people the best part of the business is the people they meet. It's like traveling around the world and never leaving home.

On I-84 take exit 5A , left on Rt. 747 South. Go 2.2 miles to light,
go right onto Rt. 207 west. Take first left onto Toleman Rd.
(storage units on left) 4.2 miles to stop, right onto Rt. 94 west, 2.9 miles,
right onto Old Dominion Rd., 1/2 mile in, last house on right.
From the North:
On I-87 take Exit 17 [Newburgh/Stewart Airport] after toll take I-84 W, take Exit 5A, left on 747 South. go 2.2 miles to light, go right onto Rt. 207 west.Take first left onto Toleman Rd. (storage units on left) 4.2 miles to stop, right onto Rt. 94 west, 2.9 miles, right onto Old Dominion Rd., 1/2 mile in, last house on right.
From the South:
