Latterly it is believed to have been used by a local cricket ball manufacturer of which there were many in the Hildenborough and Leigh at the time. It is now a superb twin bedded room complete with en-suite shower room and a separate 15' x 7' conservatory with sofa bed for a third person, TV tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. There are lovely views of the garden.

This was originally used for stabling horses and had a cobbled floor and a hatch into the loft for access to hay and feed stuffs. The cobbles are now replaced with a beautiful American Oak Amtico floor. This Kingsize room has its own en-suite shower room plus a conservatory complete with a sofabed , TV, fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. All rooms are completely self contained with their own separate entrance.

The Barn At Woodview Information
Description
This beautifully restored 19th century barn in a lovely woodland setting, provides superb bed and breakfast accommodation and is situated on the B245, midway between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge, with lovely views of the Kentish Weald. Originally built to house animal and agricultural equipment it was later believed to have been used for the manufacture of cricket balls, an industry that the local area was renowned for in the late 19th and early 20 Century The accommodation consists of three self-contained suites, one twin and two double. The two ground floor units each have an adjoining conservatory with a sofa bed for a third person. The first-floor suite covers the upstairs floor with a separate sitting room with sofa bed for a third person. All rooms all have en-suite shower rooms, tea/coffee making facilities fridge and hairdryers. There is free Wi-Fi access and a garden for the use of guests. They are finished to a very high standard. This is one of the best Bed and Breakfasts in the Sevenoaks and Tonbridge area. Bridal/Wedding groups are welcome by prior arrangement ONLY - please call for Rates. We are open over Christmas and New Year but on a room only basis (no breakfast)

Road from Dover/Folkstone (55.0 miles)
Take M20 until it joins the M25 west at junction 3.
After junction 4 the road splits into M25 and A21.
Take A21 and continue until Hildenborough turnoff, exit onto B245 to Hildenborough.
Follow B245 for approx 1.5 miles, The Barn at Woodview is on the right 400yds after the Cock Horse Pub, opposite a large road sign to Chiddingstone and Leigh. Look for the hanging sign for the Barn/Woodview, If you get to the Mill Garage you have gone too far!

Follow the M23 North to M25 East. Follow M25 to junction 5 and follow signs A21 to Sevenoaks.
Stay on the A21 South until the Hildenborough exit. Follow the B245 towards Hildenborough.
The Barn/Woodview is approx 1.5 miles on the right hand side 400 yds after the Cock Horse pub, opposite a large roadsign to Chiddingstone and Leigh. Look for the hanging sign The Barn/Woodview, if you get to the Mill Garage you have gone too far!
