Description

This modern house, approved by the NI Tourist Board, is strategically nestled between the picturesque Carlingford Lough to the south, the majestic Mourne Mountains to the east, and the charming village of Rostrevor to the north – all conveniently within walking distance. Ensuring your peace and tranquility, the property boasts a secure walled garden with electric gates. It serves as an ideal haven for an outdoor enthusiast's holiday, offering immediate access to activities such as golf, mountain biking, walking/hiking, swimming, and more. The interior is equally impressive with a stunning living/kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms, a master ensuite, and a dedicated TV lounge.Although the house is entirely on the flat with level thresholds , the gravel drive and bathrooms may not be suitable for wheelchair users .
