Situated in a small field to the rear of our lovely pub, each pitch is suitable for either a caravan or motor home. There is ample parking in the main car park which adjoins the field although you can drive into the field via the gravelled driveway whilst you set up. There are a total of 5 pitches and each one is dog friendly. We have facilities for grey waste and fresh water. Please note that toilet facilities are only available during the pub trading hours although we will always strive to accommodate any out of hours requests where necessary. The field is on level ground and overlooks fields to the rear. We are situated next to a fantastic road network so you can easily travel around the area to see the best of Cornwall but unfortunately this does mean that you can experience some road noise.

The Halfway House Information
Description
With experienced, passionate hosts at the helm, the Halfway House team provides the warmest of welcomes to locals and tourists alike. We have recently had an exterior facelift so we are completely fresh and ready to welcome you in 2021. Coming soon we will be adding a children's play area (watch this space) and extending the garden as well as further internal improvements - exciting times ahead! The camp site itself is situated directly beyond the beer garden and has hedgerows to 3 sides of it which offers a degree of privacy as well as being a natural wind break. We serve food 365 days a year including a takeaway service, so if you are planning a night in the van then you don't even need to do the cooking (washing up not optional!). We open our doors for breakfast too (although hours vary seasonally) so we can also cater for that if you require.
Spending time in Cornwall is all about relaxing and spending time with your nearest and dearest. As a family run business we simply love hosting family events and welcome group bookings. If there is anything we can do to make your visit more enjoyable then just let us know - we are happy to help!

Road from Truro (11.5 miles)The good news is that sat nav is very accurate for our postcode but do not be tempted to take any “short routes” as you could find yourself on a single-track road! For those of you without access to technology then follow these simple directions:Heading west along the A30 into Cornwall continue until you reach Carland Cross roundabout and take the second exit onto the A39 signposted for Truro. You leave Truro behind by heading up a steep hill and at the top take the first exit at the roundabout following the A39 signs for Falmouth and Helston. Keep on the A39 until it ends at the University and then take a right at the second roundabout towards Helston on the A394.We are located about 3 miles along this road on the right-hand side. We hope you have a safe journey and look forward to welcoming you soon.
