The Hollies Information

Description

The Hollies is a stunning traditional Wealden cottage situated in the hamlet of Three Leg Cross. Full of old features and wood beams, this newly renovated house has all mod cons. You will wake to the sound of birdsong every morning and are a stones throw from a quiet 13the Century country pub. Perfect for biking or walking around Bewl water and for access to water sports. Set over three floors, there is an open plan living space on the ground floor with a separate kitchen and a downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. French windows look out into the back garden. There is a large sofa and a dining area for 6 people. There is an extensive garden and patio area with seating and a barbecue. The first floor is reached by a wooden staircase where there are two double bedrooms with stunning views of the garden and the surrounding countryside with a second bathroom. The third double bedroom is on the third floor reached by another flight of steps. This room has the best views of the surrounding countryside. There is a car port and additional off street parking available.
