Being a 17th century inn means that, unfortunately, most of our buildings features aren't accessible for wheelchair users. We do however have two garden rooms which may be suitable for people with limited mobility. For guests that are blind or deaf, we will aid you in filling out a personal emergency evacuation plan on check in, however please note that unless you are able to make your own way out of the building in the event of an emergency, or have someone staying with you, we will be unable to allow you to stay the night. We will always try to accommodate every guest, where ever possible, but the age of the building does restrict us some what. If in doubt, or if you would like to discuss anything with us please contact us on hello@thepheasanthighclere.co.uk
