The Well Inn Information

Description

The Well Inn is a 17th century Hotel, which houses a 60ft Well inside the restaurant illuminated and covered with toughened glass, we offer a small outside area for guests to sit or dine in if they choose. We offer clean and comfortable rooms for our staying guests, which house all the amenities to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, for staying and visiting guests we offer freshly cooked food in either bar or restaurant area. Within Shepton Mallet why not take a guided tour of one of the UKs oldest prisons, or if you are feeling brave enough why not take a night time paranormal experience? We have excellent connections to local places of interest and attractions, we are a short distance to the medieval city of Wells famous for its cathedral and Bishops palace and bustling local market. Continue on to the market town of Glastonbury steeped in history which offers Glastonbury Tor and the Abby, and the unique shopping experience in Glastonbury high street. For local attractions we are close to Wookey hole caves, Longleat safari park and Cheddar Gorge. For the shoppers we are within good distance of Clarkes Village in Street which offers a vast array of designer and non designer shops. Venture slightly further on to the seaside town of Weston Super Mare and enjoy a sandy beech and seaside attractions.
