Room 2 has been completely refurbished incorporating new oak furniture, armchairs, a super king zip linked bed, SMART TV and USB charging points. It can alternatively be configured as a twin bedded room with advance notice. The en suite shower room also has toilet and handbasin set in storage unit. It has all the additional facilities of fridge, free wifi, refreshment tray, hairdryer etc and enjoys a view over the front garden of the property to the fields beyond and acts as our premium en suite guest room.

This room is in the newly built extension to the Victorian farmhouse - completed in 2019. With direct level access onto the garden and a private parking space for disabled guests, it also has an accessible wet room. The room can be set as a twin room or as a double with super king size bed. There is a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as armchairs, a flat screen SMART TV with freeview and free wifi. There is also level access to the dining room and main entrance.

Room 3 - one of our family rooms - contains a double bed and full size bunk beds . It is a double aspect room looking over both the front garden and the side of the house towards open fields and the car parking area. There is a fridge, remote control television and refreshment tray and an adjacent private bathroom with L shaped bath with shower over, toilet/wash basin storage unit with lighted mirror and shaving point over.
