Ty Waldo Guest House Information
Description
Ty Waldo a 3 bedroom en-suite character guesthouse is located in a former coaching inn sited on Narberth's historical market square. Narberth has a long history and is first mentioned in the Mabinogion's ancient text. Fitting indeed then that the business is named after one of Pembrokeshire's more recent literary legends. Waldo Williams who is little known outside the Welsh speaking community was a local folk hero, campaigner and poet. The rooms are themed on some Waldo's poems. The building has undergone a full refurbishment over the last few years the outcome being to deliver an authentic feel with plenty of local character and charm. The main room dining area benefits from under-floor heating and the food is provided by the Caffi Blasus team who of course welcome guests staying in the rooms above. The rooms themselves have been given a modern twist, big on comfort while still remaining true to the traditional feel. The generously sized en-suite bathrooms have walk-in wet-room style showers in the 2 larger rooms with plenty of hot water for a great relaxing showering experience. Modern wi-fi enabled TV's give the guests the opportunity to stay connected.
