The villa is build on two levels with an additional roof terrace. It offers a Spanish traditional atmosphere combined with modern and comfortable interior. On the ground floor you will find the salon and dining area, one bedroom (twin beds), a big bathroom, the fully fitted kitchen and at the end the spacious patio area with sunbeds, a big table and the Swim Spa / Pool. In the first floor there are the other two bedrooms (master with four poster canopy bed, the other with double plus single bed), the second big bathroom and a first terrace, giving access also to the roof terrace. The terraces are furnished with table and more sunbeds, letting you enjoy the views over the Mediterranean Sea and all day sunshine.

Description
Most beautiful Andalusian Town House at Calle Carabeo, only a few steps from the Balcón de Europa. This century old traditional villa was recently renovated and modernised, with independent air-conditioning in each bedroom and the salon. From the terraces on different levels you can enjoy great views to the sea and the Balcón de Europa. The patio offers a private and in the same time very sunny place, to which in June 2017 a new big Swim Spa / Pool has been added (4 x 3 meters, heated). The modern Swim Spa offers you many special features, including: a counter current swimming system ('Endless Pool'), hydromassage, year-round fun and fitness due to heated water. The villa is located right in the center of Nerja Old Town, inside the pedestrian area, and to the Balcón de Europa you will only need a minute of walking. A big range of restaurants, cafés, Tapa bars, and shops are in the area. The nearest beach is right beside, and even to the famous Burriana beach outside the Old Town of Nerja you just need a few minutes walk along the beautiful Carabeo street. Although one does not need a car inside Nerja, there is a big public parking area very near by.

Train from Airport Malaga (45.0 miles)The quickest way is taking the train from the airport into the city (every 20 minutes). You have to leave the train at the station Maria Zambrano, which is the central train station of Malaga (one station before the end of the train, which would be Malaga Centre). Here you find signs to the central bus station, right beside the train station. Inside the bus station you can buy the ticket at the desk, where you can also see the time and platform. Total costs about €7.

Road from Highway A7 (2.5 miles)When coming from Malaga exit the A7 highway at Exit 292 in the direction of Nerja. You will pass several roundabouts. At each there is an extra sign to 'Parador' hotel that you can follow. When finally close to the Parador at a roundabout with a fountain, continue strait to the last roundabout in front of the sea. Here turn right. Straight ahead is the entrance for the 'Carabeo - Balcon de Europa' parking area.

Bus from Central Bus Station Nerja (0.5 miles)It is relatively easy to walk from the bus station to the apartments in Calle Carabeo. From the station, go a bit further to a plaza, named Plaza Cantarero. Here the second street to the right is Calle Pintada. Go down this street. After a while it becomes a pedestrian street. When you see a big tabaco shop on the left, you have to turn into the Calle Carabeo. It is a ten minutes walk, all the way downhill.
